Marcus and queenie, Amanda and all thebdront desk staff were super helpful. Check-in was fast, efficient. And friendly. Hotel staff are very welcoming. Room was great - price was excellent and amenities were top shelf! Breakfast was superb - Yan Lin was always a pleasure to see as she also had a warm and welcoming good morning! Overall great stay for the value. Would strongly recommend as this is the place to stay to see the southern part of Xi'an.
Painful encountered with the front desk during check in. Even though they photo copy my passport and the stamp by the custom, the front desk staffs instead I have to shown document to prove my valid entry to China. Indeed I have already stayed 3 nights in shenzhen before his hotel. Not business traveller friendly hotel.
Generally speaking, it’s a nice hotel. But the male staff in fitness centre there is the WORST one I’ve ever seen. The staff can go directly to the bathroom and ask ‘when did you come in? Hurry up’, just because they are about to close, but it’s even 30 min before its close time!
