Good and fast services. The staff can speak English. It is next to a metro station.
I lived here in 2008. I was the only foreigner in the building. There were donkey carts parked next to Ferraris.
Horror, the toilet does not close, the shower is separate, the sink is separate in another room, the glass in the toilet and the shower are transparent
