Las Casitas is truly a hidden gem in the heart of Colca Canyon. The breathtaking location, nestled within the stunning canyon landscape, is matched only by the warmth and excellence of the staff. Their exceptional service truly made us feel at home (if home was a luxurious five star hotel!), with every staff member greeting us by name and going above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. The entire staff at the resort is incredible, and it’s clear that the culture of genuine care and attention comes directly from Tilak, the manager. His passion for the resort and commitment to excellence shine through in every detail, and he oversees everything with such grace, ensuring every guest has the most extraordinary experience. Special thanks to Americo for the warm welcome and seamless coordination of all of our activities, Allheli for the best massages and thoughtful care, Naisha, Elizabeth, David, and Alejandro for making every meal in the restaurant delightful, Filipe for being an excellent driver and spotting Condors for us, and Elmer for the unforgettable horseback ride through the canyon. This stay at Las Casitas has truly made us fall in love with Belmond, and we cannot wait to return.

Loved our stay here. The location is very relaxing and the food was so fresh. They have their own vegetable garden and it makes the food delicious. We did some of their experiences which were extremely fun. Definitely recommend the horse back riding. They also had a baby llama that you can feed.

A real gem for a getaway for a few days and be pampered by luxury plus the many hiking trails. The individual lodges are beautiful, spacious and full of amenities. The staff are super friendly especially Martha and Jose in F&B. It was also very nice of the GM to drop by on several occasions to chat and also to share his personal experiences of the region and activities. The only minor blink is our room became smoky when we used the fireplace; we suspected it was a partly blocked chimney. Apart from this, a highly recommended stay.
