Holiday Inn and Suites Manila Galleria

I had a fantastic stay at Holiday Inn Manila Galleria! The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient, with easy access to shopping centers and restaurants. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. My room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with modern amenities, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of delicious local and international dishes. I also enjoyed the pool area, which was perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Manila!

Our overnight stay at Holiday Inn was relaxing. Their one-bedroom suite is huge! I loved the layout of the suite—it’s nice and well-designed. However, the downside is that the bathroom is not near the bedroom. Since the suite is spacious, we felt that the air conditioning in the bed area wasn’t cold enough, so we opted to keep the bedroom door open. You also need to request toiletries and a bathrobe, as they provide only one robe. In line with their commitment to environmental sustainability, toothbrushes and other toiletries are available upon request. It took quite some time for their staff to deliver them—perhaps due to being understaffed—but overall, I loved our relaxing stay. The suite includes a counter, a small living room, and a dining area. I loved their all-windows room, but since they have blackout curtains, the morning sunlight didn’t bother us at all. Parking was easy as well. Since it’s an old hotel, I expected parking to be challenging, but fortunately, it was hassle-free, and there was always a guard available to assist and check the area.

We recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Manila Galleria, and once again, the highlight of our visit was the service in the Lounge. The staff here are professional and know exactly what to do from the moment you arrive. It was great to see Cris, he always brings that signature hospitality, with a warm welcome and a smile that never seems to leave his face. On the flip side, there’s always someone in the Lounge looking a bit grumpy, almost like they secretly own the place. Thankfully, Shai and Justine balanced things out with their warm and friendly service, just like Cris. However, we encountered a repeat of last year’s issue: upon check-in, we were assigned a room that seemed untouched for months and definitely not guest-ready. After some hassle, we were transferred to a much better room the following day. While we appreciate the service recovery, it’s disappointing that after over a year, nothing has changed on this front. In summary, the staff’s professionalism, especially in the Lounge, remains a strong point. But consistency in housekeeping and room readiness is still lacking. Here’s hoping management finally addresses this recurring issue.
