I’ve stayed in many hotels around the world, but Hotel Ferreus stands out — unfortunately, for all the wrong reasons. Due to health emergency, we had to leave two nights earlier than planned. Despite having paid in full, there was zero flexibility, zero empathy, and zero effort from the management to show even the most basic level of human understanding. I wasn’t asking for a miracle — just a partial refund for nights we physically could not use. Instead, they chose to hide behind rigid policies like a budget airline. For a so-called five-star hotel, that’s laughable. This hotel may have the decor of a luxury property, but behind the surface, it lacks heart, flexibility, and basic hospitality values. Management is unhelpful and robotic, more interested in protecting terms and conditions than actually caring for guests. Avoid this place if you value service, professionalism, or even just being treated like a human being. I would never return.
