I had an absolutely amazing stay at Dolina Charlotty Resort & Spa in January. A special thanks to Ms. Agata and Ms. Inga, who went above and beyond to assist me. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help made my experience truly exceptional. Since I don’t speak Polish, their support was invaluable and made my stay smooth and enjoyable. The resort itself is beautiful, with a relaxing atmosphere and excellent service. However, it would be wonderful if all reception staff could speak English, as I was not able to communicate with everyone. In today’s world, English is a universal language that allows travelers from different countries to communicate easily. Improving this aspect would make the experience even better for international guests. Overall, I highly recommend this place and truly appreciate the outstanding service!

We recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The staff were friendly and professional, especially the Indian waiter at the restaurant, and the children’s animators did a great job keeping our kids engaged. We also enjoyed the scenic lake paths and the treehouse, which was in good condition. However, there were several downsides. There was no air conditioning or mosquito nets, which was a major issue given the lake nearby. The 5-minute drive from the hotel to the treehouse was along a poorly maintained and dangerous road. WiFi required logging in every time, and several attractions were not working. The front garden chairs were dangerously unstable, causing several guests to fall. It’s surprising the hotel is investing in a massive Hindu temple while neglecting maintenance of existing attractions. While we had a decent stay overall, we don’t plan to return due to the poor value for money.

This hotel is a prime example of a major identity crisis — is this a family hotel? (The many attractions are in full decline and really look like no one thought of them in 10 years) is this a rock-star lover hotel? (random, but the decor seems to suggest it, but the abandoned venues are unused most of the year) is this an exotic getaway? (All the Bali additions point this way, with the newly built totally random Bali village, but no clue who is interested in that). The story branding is all over the place, and it’s unclear who the target customer is. This is an expressway to losing your client base. Good luck.
