Byłam w hotelu na przełomie maja i czerwca. Hotel nowy więc wszystko świeże i pachnące. Na mega plus obsługa ( przed przyjazdem telefon z hotelu - mieliśmy wykupione wyżywienie jednak przyjechaliśmy już po wydawce kolacji- pomimo tego zaproponowano posiłek z karty). Dziękujemy. Teren wokół jeszcze nie do końca zagospodarowany ale wystarczy odrobine poczekać. Pokoje wygodne, podobnie jak łóżko. 2 rodzaje poduszek w zależności do upodobań. Łazienka czysta , przestronna. Czego nam brakowało - zestawu kosmetycznego z wacikami itp. Olbrzymie okna jednak bez rolet czy firan wymuszały chodzenie w ubraniu i ubieranie się w łazience lub paradowanie przed publicznością w innych apartamentach w bieliźnie. Zasłony zaciemniające idealne nocą, wieczorkiem. Basen i sauna: basen ok, choć przy pełnym obłożeniu basen wew. trochę mały zdjęcia robione aparatem szerokokątnym. Spa - sauny małe i brak możliwości schłodzenia ciało po seansie pod prysznicem. Niestety wszędzie również w szatniach tylko ciepła woda. Obok sauny tylko wiszące wiadro z zimną wodą. Jednak przy kilku osobach w saunie to za mało. Jedzenie w restauracji pyszne. Mieliśmy wykupione obiadokolację i tu już trochę gorzej. Jedzenie dobre ale dziwnie dobrane. Śniadania idealne , wszyscy znajda coś dla siebie i na słodko i na słono. Świetna strefa dla maluszków ucząca samodzielności w nakładaniu jedzenia. Na dzień dziecka dla najmłodszych atrakcje ( lody, popcorn, malowanie buziek, bilety do Dinoparku itp.) Obiekt w odległości 35 min spacerkiem od centrum z pięknymi widokami.

Great views from the rooms, restaurant, bar, swimming pools and jacuzzi. The service is very nice and helpful. With a sense of humor and knowledge of the subject. Five-star standard in a four-star hotel. Tasty dishes, everyone will find something for themselves. A great base for hiking or cycling. Access to the train nearby. It has development potential - we like to come back here.

We returned from the hotel a few days ago, so I will share my thoughts. The entire hotel was clean, nice, service ok. Food in the restaurant was very good. The rooms are ok, but they look quite empty and modest. A big minus for the terribly uncomfortable mattress on the fold-out sofas and very high pillows. Both my husband and I woke up broken every morning. The pool area is nice, but during "peak" hours there is real chaos at the pool. Children are jumping into the water, people are swimming like sardines, there is no room. A lifeguard interested in his affairs on the phone. Used towels were spilling out of the baskets but no one emptied them, the ladies at the reception were having a nice time gossiping. There are no information cards in the rooms, such as reception numbers, swimming pool opening hours, etc. There is also no proper marking of the swimming pool. Road under construction. Terrible access. No curtains?? Even though there are rooms in the second building. However, they do provide some privacy. No cleaning person came to visit us for 4 days. To order something for your room, you have to go down to get it yourself - a practice unknown to me before. No air conditioning - I'm afraid of what will happen here in the summer. The hotel had a strange layout - we had to go to the swimming pool in a bathrobe and pass through a restaurant full of guests... The hotel's dog-friendliness is now commonplace. Overall, the hotel is ok, but not great. Many things need improvement. We probably won't come back.
