Very very nice and lovely building, love it! Hints for the future: bigger TV, and 24h swimming pool.

Hotel Diament offers a pleasant stay with a few small inconveniences that hold it back from a higher rating. Its location and amenities make it a good choice for leisure travelers, but addressing issues like soundproofing and extra charges for basic services would significantly enhance the experience. The wellness area, including the pool and spa, is clean and enjoyable. However, the pool was cold withn our stay and there is only one small spa which is enjoyable, but during busy times, it can feel overcrowded aswell as the pool. Families with children may appreciate the play areas. While the pool and wellness area are great additions, the extra charges for essentials like robes and slippers felt unnecessary and detracted from the overall value. These should ideally be included for a seamless guest experience. Breakfast as open buffet is incredible. It was probably the best experience within our stay. It offers variety food options and it also tastes out of this world. This also apply to dinner. The hotel is well-situated for those who enjoy walking. Nearby attractions, restaurants, and trails are within a reasonable distance, making it easy to explore without relying on a car. However, some pathways leading to the hotel could be better lit at night.

Service in the restaurant is a nightmare, they dont care about their hotel guests, if anyone feels responsible at all. We sat at the bar for 30 minutes and no one served us even though no one was in the restaurant. In the rooms, cold water no chance to tak a shower, electrical power sockets areout of the wall, danger to life due to electric shock, at the gym both treadmills are are dangerous and stop during training, there is a risk of serious injury here. Restaurnat has just 5 meals on the menu and the soup was cold. All together we donot recommend to stay in this hotel.
