Hotel Stok

We have spend a very nice time in the Hotel Stok. Everything was excellent, from the first contact over the phone before the holidays and arrival time at the reception. The service was excellent everywhere at the bar, at the SPA and pool area, in the restaurant, at the ski rental and ski-passes selling box, at the reception and all the he other services (i.e bowling etc). Nothing was difficult or impossible and everything was dealt with a smile. The apartment was excellent as well, very spacious and contain everything that is need for the stay, and very clean. The breakfast was also super nice including option for vegetarians, baby food part etc. The restaurant has a baby play corner which was very helpful. The proximity to the ski rental and ski lift it a major plus. 100m distance from the door and you can put your ski on (which can be stored in a heated store room directly next to the slope). Not mentioning the lovely and always smiling staff at the ski rental place and the lovely ski instructors (we were very lucky!). And one more plus - 3 min drive to the shops and 5 min to town center with all the restaurants. We will be definitely back. Thank you for lovely holidays!

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. Since check-in was only available after 4:00 PM, we took the opportunity to go on a short trip in the area before arriving. Once we got there, check-in at the reception was smooth and quick, and we headed straight to the pool and wellness area – a perfect way to relax after the journey. Dinner was tasty, with a good selection of fresh and well-prepared dishes. The only minor downside was that drinks included with dinner were limited to water and carbonated water. If you wanted juice or another drink, you had to purchase it separately at the bar. It’s not a big issue, but it would have been nice to have at least basic juice included. In the room, we discovered that the shower wasn’t working properly. However, the staff reacted immediately, providing us with a replacement room without hesitation. The issue was fully resolved the next day, which we really appreciated – excellent customer service. We also encountered a non-functioning elevator during our stay, but it was repaired within two days. Again, the hotel handled it responsibly and without unnecessary delays. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay – nice environment, great food, relaxing wellness facilities, and most importantly, a professional and responsive staff that knows how to handle unexpected situations. I would definitely consider coming back in the future.

A large hotel with good swimming pool. Buffet breakfast is diverse and very good. Comfortable rooms but no chair on the balcony and no bathrobe to go to the pool. Very well located and ideal starting points for hiking in the mountains.
