I can't recommend the hotel and the entire crew (including SPA, restaurant, reception and cleaning service) enough! It was amazing few days in a calm, beautiful environment with people who really care about guests! The food was fantastic with a huge variety of cuisine and the SPA treatment was the best I have ever had. THANK YOU! P.S. I totally recommend you to climb Jastrzębica mountain, which is only 20 min from the hotel - amazing view!
We got married here and the service all the way through from the planning to the day of the wedding was exemplary. Special thanks to Michał and his team who were all fantastic.
4 stars for small but signifikant details. - breakfast cold (eggs saussges etc.) - no names added to food hard to recognise - accomodation in second building quite uncomfortable with baby 🥲 no lifter - all inclusive but waiter takes his time between drinks - burned chicked bitter just one issue per 3 dinners Anyway this was just small detais and we hope they will fix it. Perfect kuisine (specially soups- zur or cold root soup we really recomend). Anyway friendly stuff. Thank you 🙂
