Cannot recommend more if you stay in Lisbon! When we arrived from the airport our room was already prepared for us and we were greeted warmly by staff. Carlos from the front desk showed us to our room and was very hospitable. We had a beautiful view of the pool and water with a porch to enjoy. The entire property is beautiful, be sure to walk around. We checked out the pool area with the big fish - it was so serene and peaceful. We also tried their lunch time restaurant and had excellent service from Marco. The gnocchi, fish tacos and steak sandwich were all delicious. Overall I highly recommend staying at this place!
One of the most lovely places to stay I’ve ever slept. The staff was impeccable. Every detail was covered. I could relax and enjoy. The location is a bit far from sightseeing - but I really enjoyed strolling down nearby streets to see sights outside of the hustle and bustle of central Lisbon. It was also a very inexpensive ride back after wondering for a few hours. My only wish is that I had more time to enjoy this wonderful hotel.
This hotel is fabulous. The garden and pool area is unmatched for being in a downtown location. The staff is kind, efficient, and knowledgeable. This is our second time here and couldn’t recommend more if you’re in Lisbon!
