Embassy Suites by Hilton Doha Old Town

I had an incredible stay at the Embassy Suites by Hilton! From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and professional, and the entire atmosphere was warm and relaxing. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained—perfect for both work and rest. One of the standout features of my stay was the on-site restaurant. The food was absolutely amazing—every meal was flavorful, fresh, and beautifully presented. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, I was never disappointed. A special shoutout goes to Junior, who made some of the best coffee I’ve ever had. His attention to detail and friendly personality, you can tell he takes pride in what he does, and it shows in every cup. Overall, I highly recommend the Embassy Suites at Hilton.

I want to share my experience during my recent visit. Unfortunately, the staff member named Ikram had a very bad attitude. She spoke in a sharp and rude manner, and it felt like she wasn’t even listening to what we were saying. It made the conversation very uncomfortable. However, I want to sincerely thank the manager. He was extremely kind, professional, and helpful. His attitude made a big difference and showed that the hotel cares about its guests. I truly hope you consider improving your staff training or making changes, because the hotel itself is very nice. The food was excellent, the place is calm, and overall it has great potential.

Very nice hotel with very nice and beautiful rooms. This was my second time staying here and I have no complaints. The staff is very friendly especially Junior, who also makes really amazing coffee! If you’re also looking for a hotel with a good view of a Doha I would definitely recommend this one.
