Shaza Doha

We had a wonderful stay at Shaza Hotel in Doha! The location is excellent and the entire hotel was immaculately clean. The rooms were spacious, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. What truly made our stay memorable was the outstanding service. The entire staff was professional, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. A special thank you to Mustakim his kindness, attention to detail, and warm attitude truly stood out. He went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We were also very impressed by the outstanding attitude and service of the team working at the entrance. They were always friendly, respectful, and made us feel both safe and truly welcomed from the moment we walked in. We highly recommend Shaza Hotel to anyone visiting Doha. We would gladly stay here again!

The hotel feels very luxurious and posh. The staff was nice and helpful. The room (we got upgraded to a deluxe room free of charge thanks to the nice receptionist) was huge, very clean and extremely comfortable. All the materials (bed linen, towels, curtains, carpet, slippers) are definitively high quality. There is complementary coffee and tea in the room. The rooftop pool is perfect for chilling for a few hours. Its location is excellent, 10 minutes walk to Souk Waqif. Definitively recommend it!

Not exactly sure why this is considered a 5-star hotel. Everything was lacking. Rooms are fine at first glance but this place lacks serious attention to detail. Dirty, stained, and frayed carpets. Room was fine but there were many places that were unclean. One robe had some black hair in it. The other robe was stained and nasty. See the pictures of the floor, shower, coffee cups. The location is close to the museums, but the surrounding area is strange and not really nice for walking. The service is also lacking, whoever is responsible for answering guest calls from the rooms had a rude tone, as if I was supposed to know the answers to the questions I was asking. There are better places to stay.
