I had a pleasant stay in this good hotel in the north of Bucharest. The hotel is in a very quiet and peaceful green area. The rooms are clean and the staff friendly. Cristina at the reception was extremely kind, smiling and professional, not all hotels have staff like her. In my next trips to Bucharest I will definitely come back here.
Great location and view. Has coffee capsules in the room. The rooms are clean, but the bathroom could use some renovation. The activation buttons on the shower are broken. Breakfast is ok, though I had better at cheaper hotels
Bad maintenance: shower drain completely blocked, a lot of cheap repairs, a lot of repairs missing. Cheap furniture. Room design not well thought. Not enough staff. Stuff not interested in guests wellbeing. No stock of drinks in the restaurant. Kitchen closes at 21:00!?!? Make sure you don't arrive late, hungry and thirsty. There is more...
