The food was absolutely excellent — from breakfast to dinner, every dish was flavorful, fresh, and beautifully presented. Whether dining at the restaurant or ordering room service, the quality and taste were consistently impressive. The rooms were equally outstanding: clean, stylish, and incredibly cozy. The bed was super comfortable, and the ambiance made it easy to relax and unwind. I also appreciated the thoughtful details and modern touches throughout the room. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing seaside getaway with top-notch hospitality, delicious cuisine, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Crowne Plaza in Mamaia! The services were top-notch from the moment I arrived — everything felt smooth, well-organized, and welcoming. The reception team was incredibly helpful, always ready to assist with a smile and great attention to detail. They made check-in and any questions during the stay so easy. The rooms are amazing – spacious, beautifully designed, very clean, and with all the comfort you could ask for. I especially loved the view and how quiet and peaceful everything felt despite being in the heart of Mamaia. The beach is stunning, just a few steps away, with clean sand and clear water — perfect for a relaxing day. The pool area is also lovely, well maintained, and ideal whether you want to sunbathe or take a refreshing dip. Overall, Crowne Plaza Mamaia exceeded my expectations. It’s the perfect mix of comfort, luxury, and great service. I’ll definitely be returning! Highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The hotel is newly build, and hence, with nice hotel rooms and facilities that are modern and nice. However, given the comparably high prices, we would have expected a higher service. The welcome was not super friendly, the reception button at the parking entrance is not working (someone needs to go out the car and walk ca. 200m to request at the reception to open the barrier), and the service at the beach is very slow (long waiting times). The breakfast is ok. Overall, the hotel would have a great potential with a nice private beach and super confy sunbeds.
