Отдыхали с мужем, останавливались на 2 ночи. Остались очень довольны - под наши запросы ( чтобы было тихо, имелся как вариант полный пансион и в шаговой доступности релакс- процедуры) идеальное место. Очень приятные дамы- администраторы на ресепшен, Инга и Елена, все объяснили, где не очень понятно- проводили. В ресторане также замечательный персонал, шли нам как гостям, во всем навстречу. Плюс отличная кухня, большие порции ( поверьте, нам есть с чем сравнивать). Брали сауну на вечер по приезду, очень понравилось, бассейн с гидромассажем доставил особенно. Массажа час на следующий день также впечатлил, массажист Ольга- профи, рекомендую! Мужу тренажерный зал понравился, оба утра занимался. В общем, наш отдых удался, очень все понравилось, огромное спасибо работающим там людям!

My wife was in a wheelchair after a stroke, but we got there. May 4, approximately 13.30. The doors of the "restaurant" are closed, there are no opening hours, the reception - NO ONE, called, no one at all, walked the entire 1st floor - NO ONE, in the so-called. "restaurant" - no one. I’m going back - apparently I met a cleaning lady (she was walking with a mop, and with her little son), I asked - “is the restaurant open” - but I don’t know, and where the reception is - I don’t know. Super service! We walked around, the girl was sitting smoking - “is the restaurant open?” - only banquets. Why then a RESTAURANT? WRITE - BANQUETS. Rave.
Yesterday I rented a room with my boyfriend, not for the first time. The price does not match the amenities. There are no shampoos or anything. Liquid soap only. No dishes, nothing. In the morning at 7 o'clock they start cleaning. They slam doors heavily in every room. The staff speak loudly and clean noisily. I don’t understand why 3500. In the morning I wanted to complain to the administration and didn’t spoil it for myself. Cleaning should probably be done after 9. So that the guests get enough sleep. We paid from 00 to 12. As a result, we left at 9. It was impossible to listen to the noise of cleaning.
