I came the first time to Novorossiysk and was wondering where to stay, so I choose the Hilton Garden Inn because it is at the sea front located. I was warmly welcomed and the staff were so friendly and helpful. My room with sea view with direct view of the promenade and the monument, was spacious and well equipped. The Restaurant and bar on the ground floor has a nice design, divided into various sections to give the required privacy. I loved the ceiling light, a kind of fabric dressed-up in waives. It gives such a nice atmosphere. The dishes are very tasty and well presented. I had the borsch and the home made steak cooked in pot under a pastry cover. For Lunch I had the seafood spaghetti. I can recommend to have a glass of local wine with your meal. Novorossiysk has many interesting places in the city and just few kilometres outside of the city is the oldest Sparkling Wine winery which was founded in 1870 by the Zar Alexander II. The alternative would be the well known Château Pino. Both wineries can be visited with a professional wine tasting.
This hotel is situated on the seafront, all around here is newly renowned ,many bars and restaurants nearby, the hotels own restaurant is very nice and tasty with excellent service, free underground secure parking is also included, the reception staff are all very friendly and helpful, in the summer months the outdoor pool so nice and looks out onto the bay, indoor pool is 25 mtr, and also has a nice sauna, the breakfast are very tasty which makes a great start to the day, always enjoy staying in this Hotel it makes a great base when staying in on the south coast
Located just by the bay, the hotel offer good accommodation. The room was rather small but clean and well maintained. Good air conditioning. Good bed . Good shower. Small TV set. The restaurant is way too expensive for what it offers. The rib eye steak was under the expectations, but other dishes like parmigiano aubergine, salads and the wine were good. Breakfast was excellent. Service is the strongest point of the hotel. Good security. Worth a visit.
