This prime positioning allowed for seamless travel around the city, making our visit all the more enjoyable. The room we were assigned was spacious and thoughtfully appointed, offering a comfortable and pleasant stay. The furnishings were of good quality, and the room provided lovely views of the surrounding area, enhancing the overall experience. The service exceeded expectations, characterized by both efficiency and warmth. The check-in and check-out processes were seamless, ensuring a hassle-free experience. The staff demonstrated a high level of professionalism and attentiveness, always ready to assist with inquiries, recommendations, and any special requests, making us feel genuinely welcomed. In terms of value, the hotel provided excellent quality for the price, offering a well-balanced combination of comfort, convenience, and outstanding service. We found our stay to be well worth the cost and would highly recommend this hotel to fellow travelers seeking a refined and hospitable experience.

There are no air-conditioning system in the rooms nor the breakfast area. No wifi at all Breakfast isnt good enough for a 4 star hotel,there is nothing for gluten free people like at least there should be some high fiber leaves salads. I even asked the chefs on my first day and they said that they have to strictly follow the hotel group admins about addings some new salad items to the bar. If they think that tomato and cucumber makes a salad then I dont know what to say ! I fainted in the restaurant in the morning due to the hot weather no medical team showed up. I had to help myself.

The hotel room itself is okay, great location supermarket nearby. However, the staff are quite rude and unhelpful especially staff at the breakfast as it was very crowded and there is no available table left, I did asked and pointing that area to the staff if they could open the dividers for more table in the back area, which She literally “Ignore and roll her eyes” it is very unacceptable for someone who works in customer service to act in such an disrespect manner, unfortunately she does now wear the name badge which, I cannot identify her name. But the staff should react in a much different way and well trained than this and She really deserves 0 star really.
