The rooms were clean, and the staff were friendly and respectful. The hotel facilities were acceptable. Although the location was a bit far from the city center, it had great access to the metro. There were also nearby supermarkets and souvenir shops with prices more affordable than in the city center.
It was bad experience. The room was too hot, the AC was useless. Room service is terrible, if you request a service you will have to wait for hours or even days. We asked for an extra bed and they offered it the next day after much urging. We also asked for water and they haven’t offered it at all.
Pathetic service. All rooms have an AC issue. No one bothers to resolve even after 4-5 hrs of consistent follow ups.. we came here with group of 39 with 18rooms. none of the rooms air conditioners are working and simple answer is we will send Pedastal Fans..
