We have stayed at this hotel 4 nights, they gave us apartment suites at floor 19, although it should be standard room. Clean, quiet, safe room and nice view of sea. I knew about this rule that one should not wet the bathroom floor and I followed this rule. Some guests who did not follow this point and faced a fine are upset about this point. I asked for room service and it was done promptly and all sheets and towels were changed, and water and tea were charged. The space of the room was great. To be honest I really feel relax there, and it was great stay.

Don't be fooled by the advertisements and the reviews from the hotel staff; this is the worst hotel you will ever stay in. If respect and dignity matter to you, avoid this hotel. If you must choose, staying on the street is a better option. They find every excuse to steal money from you. They charged us 10,000 rubles for spilling a little water in the bathroom. First, they said it was for cleaning, but when they saw the carpet was dry, they claimed it had swelled! We had immediately informed the rude cleaning staff to dry it, but to no avail. In this hotel, you’ll have to be your own cleaning staff. The manager, Natalia, will attack you, so be very careful. The breakfast is so awful that you should know they don’t even have a simple coffee machine. I travel frequently, and this was my second time at this hotel. The hotel has changed drastically and turned into a dump.

Due to the pressure of sanctions, they have turned into thieves. They charged us for cleaning the room. They fined our group members for every possible excuse. The staff are rude and very impolite. Upon arrival, there was no one to help with the luggage, and they were even disrespectful. Our entire group of 40 people was dissatisfied with this hotel, and they took our money under false pretenses. They threatened all the guests with calling the police.
