I recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency in Ekaterinburg and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is modern, well-located, and offers great amenities, but the highlight was undoubtedly the breathtaking view from my room. The rooms are spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed, ensuring a comfortable stay. The service was attentive and professional, staff were friendly and always ready to assist. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to suit different tastes. The dining area was pleasant, and the quality of food was consistently high. Overall, the Hyatt Regency Ekaterinburg is an excellent choice for both business and leisure travelers.
The most cosmopolitan place I would recall for visiting despite a short trip i was amazed by quality and service delivered by the team Hospitality staff was very polite and friendly to deliver an outstanding customer experience thanks for everything the hotel layout and services variety standing out of crowds . Normal rooms for guests is real 5 stars noise cancellation, open view panoramic to the lake view i am impressed and hygiene is followed by high standard management Dine in experience was exceptional The spa and sauna was amazing i loved the place i would return again I highly recommend visiting it
The hotel is located in the downtown area, unfortunately the 8th floor has old tv sets without any English channels. Amazing views, but the do not disturb sign did not stop the cleaning stuff or the duplex door trying to be opened from the next door. The bathroom had a bathtub, and the lights were not that great. The service staff working there are really professional and very helpful. On second thought it is still a good hotel, as I mentioned with minor inconveniences, the rooms have nice beds, amenities, the corridors have some interesting golden hue color and the numbers on the doors are a mix of modern and chirilic alphabet gives a classic aura with a modern twist.
