Bled Rose Hotel

We loved our stay at The Bled Rose Hotel. The staff were hugely helpful and welcoming from the moment of our arrival, and could not do enough for us. The hotel is wonderfully situated near the lake shore, and a 1 minute walk from good bars and restaurants, adventure hire shops, and the tourist office. The Restaurant was lovely - I looked forward to breakfast every day, with a great variety of beautiful food. We went out every day exploring the lake and the mountains, swimming in the lake, walking through the nearby gorge, hiring mountain bikes and getting up over the hills, and walking up to the Castle on the hill. Every evening we returned to the hotel and used the health spa. My wife really enjoyed the outdoor jacuzzi. I enjoyed the gym. We both loved the pool. We went out every night and tried different restaurants for dinner. We packed in a fair amount to our 3 night stay, and I think we could have spent another ten days here without running out of new things to see and do. The hotel was super clean and tidy. I’m not a student of architecture but I found the design and layout of the hotel really aesthetically appealing, with clean bright lines. I can imagine it is a wedding photographers dream. We had such a lovely time there I was genuinely sad to leave. We will be back I am sure.

Had a wonderful stay here, just too short unfortunately. The staff were extremely welcoming , friendly and helpful (we were even upgraded) and the room was lovely. Clean, comfortable and well equipped. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide assortment of hot and cold dishes and the location was perfect. We were there for a wedding at the church on the lake and then reception in the castle so we were perfectly situated. We will be back!

We had a generally good stay at the Bled Rose Hotel, though there were a couple of minor points regarding our room. We booked a standard double room, and for the price we paid, we found it to be rather small. Upon arrival, the room wasn't as thoroughly cleaned as we would have liked, but after we mentioned it to the reception staff, it was promptly re-cleaned. The major strengths of this hotel are its exceptionally friendly staff, its excellent location, and an awesome breakfast. The breakfast truly lives up to its reputation, boasting an incredible amount of fresh products and a huge variety – it almost felt bad not being able to sample all the delicious food on offer! The hotel also provides private parking, which comes at an additional cost. However, we found this to be a much better and more convenient option compared to the public parking facilities around Bled.
