We had a truly wonderful stay at Premier Hotel East London ICC, as a family with my wife and our son. From the moment we arrived, the entire team was incredibly caring, attentive, and present at every moment to meet our needs—especially those of our little boy. Their kindness and professionalism truly touched us. I want to sincerely thank all the staff for their constant availability, warmth, and efficiency. We genuinely felt at home—only better! I highly recommend this hotel to all future guests. The restaurant offers delicious and refined cuisine in a beautiful setting, and the massage institute is a peaceful sanctuary, perfect for relaxing and recharging. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for these unforgettable moments. We will definitely be back!

Thank you Link FM for organizing a tour of this gem in East london. I didn't realize there's such an amazing orchid spa inside . I will definitely be booking myself in for a treat because I got a little taste of it. The location is ideal ! The views are grandiose There is ample parking. It is very neat and clean. I had previously had a breakfast there but again got to experience being waitered in by efficient and knowledgeable staff who go the extra mile I most loved the cocktail bar next to thr pool. Would love to plan my birthday there. Was surprised at how reasonable it is We then got a tour of the honeymoon suite and the executive suite.didnt realise all this amazingness was right under our noses. Boardrooms were also a nice touch I especially loved the one having the ocean. R2500 for the day is really worth it 👌

There was a damp smell in the passage and room and I noticed a cause when I used the shower one time in room 421 during the period April 22 2024 until Friday morning April 25 2025 the floor collected water that wetted the carpet and that made me stop using the shower. **** The staff is wonderful and when given a thank you there smiles are worth it cause it relaxes them and make it a little easier in service for us. Thank you for the service. The beach facing rooms has a tranquil effect no matter what time you looking out the glass door.
