Great value for money hotel for family near airport. Love the samsung airdresser dryer and big tub. Great staff like the pleasant English speaking receptionist and the shuttle uncle helped us with our luggage and he was very prompt.

Located just one train stop from Gimhae Airport (or 30 minute walk), right next to the train station, in an industrial zone. The staff was friendly. Two things you should request at the reception: 1. Adaptor for your electronic devices 2. Shuttle to the airport, at least 1 day in advance. The room was spacious and practical: kettle, steam machine to refresh your clothes, light controls for different areas in the room, indoor shoes, robes, towels and bottles of water (fresh ones delivered to your room daily). You can choose to have your room cleaned daily or not. The microwave is located on the second floor (2F). Breakfast is also on this floor from 7:00-9:00 a.m. From my room, I could watch the planes land in the airport. The bathroom had shampoo, conditioner and body wash, so bring your own oral care or you can go to the CU convenient store just across the street. There are some coffee shops and restaurants in the area but not much to see in this industrial zone.

Well, maybe this review will be different from many others, so I will explain why. My flight from Haneda to Busan landed around 9.30pm. Immigration took 70 mins. So I emerged through customs just before 11pm. I was immediately approached by people wanting to offer a taxi in the arrival area, but I wanted to change some money, or withdraw from the ATM. All the banks and currency conversion stores were closed. The automated exchange terminals were switched off, and no ATM available. So I wondered outside to get a taxi. To the hotel. It seemed like a challenge to walk there from the hotel. (I could not identify a suitable walking route). So I walked to the taxi stand and said air hotel. He said noooo too close. Ie. He had waited for a big fare to downtown and I would be a low fare that put him to the back of the taxi line. He called over another taxi guy who offered to take me for 20000. I said no way. It would probably only be 3000 to 5000. But the base meter rate would be around 4800. He then said 13000. I told him he was ripping me off and he seemed to smile about that. (Included a picture of his car and license plate). Anyway got to the hotel and stood in the lobby for 20 mins. No one at the front desk. Eventually someone came down. In the lift, she apologized and gave me the room key. The room was ok. Basic, but ok. The whole value of this hotel is the convenience. But not for the taxi a driver's. I cancelled my reservation for the return leg and stayed at the Lotte hotel, which was a longer distance from the airport, but had nice restaurants etc. That I could enjoy and the 5 am taxi ride was straightforward. By the way. If you don't know already, you can use Uber now. I found out the next day, but that may have helped the situation.
