The room is big, toilet is sparkling clean. Near bus stop it easy to go anywhere. The staff all can speak English. Recommended coz it value for money. From airport just take bus 800 or 801 stop near the hotel.

The wallpaper of the room was torn off, the phone stand collapsed, and the electric outlet was separated. It was raining, but all the umbrellas were rented, so it seemed that they were not actually provided. Most of the gyms were not managed and could not be used because they were broken, and breakfast was 15,000 won per person, which seemed too expensive to eat. The reception staff seemed to be sleeping out of the back room with a sign that they were away, and inexperienced, so it seemed unfriendly and annoying to talk to cognitive coping ability. The person who worked in the evening of the snack bar on the first floor looked at me frighteningly, talked scary, and was unfriendly. It took a long time to see if there were any maintenance workers when I contacted them because they needed to repair the room. The reception staff basically had to speak English, but it seemed that they could not communicate with foreign guests. I was very disappointed with Shin Shin-hotel when I heard from the reception staff that the way they treated customers was wrong depending on the bullet leaf.
