Josun Palace a Luxury Collection Hotel Seoul Gangnam

Our stay was comfortable. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped, and the staff is friendly and attentive. The location is a little awkward as it's not near any subway station, you need to take a bus or walk about 15 minutes first but we love to walk so it's not a big deal. Overall, a fantastic choice!

Josun palace understands what five star service is. They are SO incredibly accommodating to guests, especially for foreigners. Because of our jet lag, we would get up at 3am and the hotel would send someone down to open the gym for us. Messaging with the concierge service was super easy, their gym and pool amenities are gorgeous and so clean and well maintained, and their buffet is not to miss. The rooms are cleaner than any five star hotels we have stayed at in America, and I LOVE that they have a UV sanitizer for clothes! If you’re in Korea for an extended time, this convenience is a lifesaver! The location is a little out of the way in Gangnam but very walkable if you want to travel by foot. Everyone that works there speaks English too!

The lounge area was elegant and relaxing, perfect for unwinding with a drink or a light snack. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, style, and outstanding service.
