Sofitel Ambassador Seoul Hotel & Serviced Residences

My review is not part of any promotion and I was not compensated for it The impression was very good, down to the smallest detail like the curated music in the gym and the polite eye contact with all employees. The property was impeccably clean and tastefully appointed with breathtaking views and a gorgeous pool facility. I had a problem with the hot water in my shower and staff were very attentive resolving the issue. The location is very good in an affluent area adjacent to the Lotte Mall although a bit far from some tourist attractions one can easily load fare in the tourist app and take the transit system

To Whom it May Concern, This review is addressed to the highest levels of management for the Sofitel Ambassador Seoul Hotel & Services Residences in Seoul Korea. I am writing this review to let you know about all the wonderful and caring people who helped make our month long stay the finest and most memorable experience of our lifetime. The people who have the good fortune of working at this hotel have not only met but exceeded our expectations for the highest standards of quality in the hotel services industry worldwide. Everyone from the many doormen opening the door of our taxi and greeting us with a smile and warm welcome each and every day, to the concierge team, the elevator attendants, the front desk, and the attendants in Club Millesime. Everyone treated us with care and sincere concern for our happiness. These employees work long hours and never once treated us poorly or with disrespect. I congratulate them all for their service and wish only the best rewards for their hard work. However, there are a few people in particular I would like to offer my deepest and sincere appreciation as they interacted with us throughout our stay. Our room attendants (Hana and Mrs. Moon) were so efficient and diligent in taking care of our daily needs. You see, during my stay I was recovering from medical surgery, and there was a lot of stress for me and my wife. We had a lot of special requests that went beyond the normal requirements for keeping a tidy room. They did everything in their power to comfort my wife and take care of all our needs. They did it quickly and cheerfully, and I can't tell you how much that meant to us in keeping us comfortable both mentally and physically. Please see that these two people are rewarded for their kindness and caring. One other person who stands out above the rest is Assistant Manager Chris Park. He was so kind and attentive to all our requests, and I don't know what we would have done without him. He treated us as if we were his own parents. His attention to our needs was his greatest concern and he fulfilled every request regardless of the time of day. The comfort he provided to us went far beyond the expected. I can't say enough about the integrity and compassion of this person. If I could could make him the Head Manager of the hotel I would not hesitate. He truly is a remarkable person. Please see that he is rewarded accordingly. My sincerest thanks to him and the entire staff at the hotel. Wish you all well and hope to see you again.

Absolutely magical place to stay. Service was impeccable, the rooms were wonderful. I stayed there for 2 weeks in the residence, which comes with a washer/dryer, kitchen, and high-tech appliances, including voice-controlled lights and curtains. Location was perfect being right next to Lotte World Mall, where you can get any dining experience, shopping along with groceries. You're very close to subways and endless restaurants. The location is perfect.
