Absolutely gorgeous hotel, the staff were so helpful and friendly - everything was down to an excellent standard. The hotel is very luxurious and high quality and yet maintains such a relaxed and chilled out atmosphere. Location is perfect, central to the restaurants and old town and a mere stroll from the beach. Will definitely go again.

4.5 stars. We stayed in a room that you had to take the elevator up two floors, then take stairs up to our floor - a little odd and harder with 100lbs of suitcases to carry. But the service was very courteous and helpful. Room was spacious, but could have been a little better with the A/C. Great walkable location. All in all, I would stay here again - especially for the price.

My stay was really disappointing. The mattress was old and completely worn out, very uncomfortable. The staff had no sense of hospitality , no smiles, no warmth, just cold faces. It honestly felt like walking into a funeral. The atmosphere was depressing and made me want to leave right away. As for the breakfast, nothing special at all, just very basic. I definitely do not recommend this hotel.
