Hotel Monasterio Rocamador

Rooms are pretty nice, location is good to relax, the attention was good , it could be a bit expensive, anyways I spent a really good time there.

We very very happy to discover and stay here and I would recommend if you are anywhere near this area. It’s an incredible, magical place with beauty all around, amazing views and great sunsets. The staff are exceptionally kind and helpful and work hard to make sure you have a wonderful stay. Multiple languages are spoken. Our little Casa was basic but comfortable with historic touches and all amenities including an immaculate, large shared kitchen building with your own private refrigerator. But you will definitely want to take advantage of the restaurant, and/or it’s outdoor terrace for drinks or dinner. There are several vegan/vegetarian offerings and the chef accommodates. Servers are knowledgeable and professional. We were very sad to leave, but will make this our destination in the future. Thank you so much!!!!!

This was the most pleasant surprise of my life. Spain got gorgeous places to stay and than there is the transformed monastery Rocamador. I would need to write a book about it so go and check it out. Service is Spanish, English and German. Enjoy like I did and talk to the German receptionist Horst, a gentleman educated in science and technology you are amazed to find in the hotel branch. This is a 180 degree experience you never will forget. Good cleaners, waitress and cooks but difficult to understand the way they speak Spanish from the south literally eating consonants and letters. Included to this is a wine production with own brand and presumably a top quality. I do not drink but the other guests were excited. While my stay I observed big groups going for event celebration, so this does bring a little life to the facility which should invest a bit more in SPA service and night disco or PUB or it's getting boring quickly.
