The best of the Hotel is Harry (massage therapist) and his guardian angel Salome of the Spa. It’s by far one of the best massages I got. In summertime find them at La Collada Spa (8’ drive)
A nice modern hotel in the heart of the village and ski centre La Molina and Cerdanya valley. The family rooms are well equipped with a kitchenette, a terrace and a bidet. The breakfast is substantial and offers a wide range of juices and meat plates alongside with open kitchen show. The outdoor pool is pleasant and chill. The only bémol is an inefficient service at the reception. We requested a towel for the fourth person and didn't receive it. The room was not sufficiently or hastedly cleaned. There was the dust on the floor and the edges, and the hair in the corners of the room. The facilities for the children are scarce, the miniclub is only from 16 pm.
Spacious rooms, perrect location not enough staff. The staff really tries its best but because there is a hige lack of staff the service is still very very bad. Defenately not worth 4 stars.
