Feels like in paradise. Service is excellent, they know exactly what each guest needs and take personally care of it. Rooms are big and beautiful. The perfect place to feel like in heaven and still being in the city centre. No noise from the city and very children friendly. Great spa and rooftop with pool. Will be back soon.

The hotel has a majestic appearance and is marketed as a five-star property, but the experience felt more like a four-star stay at best. Unfortunately, the service and management left much to be desired. One major issue was the breakfast buffet — while there was a variety of options, the quality was disappointing. Much of the food was hard or overcooked, and the eggs were extremely mushy. Even worse, the dining area was poorly managed, with dirty tables often left unattended for over 30 minutes during breakfast hours, making it difficult to find a clean place to sit. I also had a frustrating experience after leaving my charger behind. The hotel claimed they had shipped it but expected me to pay €150 for an item worth around €30 — without even providing proof of shipment. I explained I’d be happy to pay once I received confirmation, but I never received the charger, and communication from the hotel was slow and unhelpful. To make matters worse, the front desk staff were quite rude when I asked to pay for my extras separately — something that should be a basic request, especially in hospitality. The hot and cold water in the room kept switching, and the air conditioning didn’t work at all. While the hotel itself looks impressive, the overall experience was let down by poor service, technical issues, and mismanagement — definitely not what you’d expect from a five-star property.

Room was nice. Location was also awesome. Just service wasn’t enough. Especially at the breakfast, my sister found a small bug on fresh fruit on buffet. She kindly told to one of the waiters that she found. She didn’t ask or expect anything from them. Just for other customers maybe they will be upset if they see a bug on fruit. After that, I think restaurant’s manager? or I think someone higher position, woman came to us and said “ we don’t see any bug.” And we said “ okay? But at that time, we saw.” But manager still goes “ yea. But we don’t see them “ more aggressively. And watching my 16years old sister with suspicious eyes. At that point, I was so frustrated. There is no point she lies then. She is just said what she said. We don’t ask any refund or apologies or anything. But we got some aggressive behavior. And when I said “ so, you are calling my sister as liar now?” That manager laughed at left us. This is so ridiculous. 5 stars hotel? Hell nah. Over all 3-star hotel.
