Stunning hotel, staff friendly and very helpful. Room was beautiful and we had our own sun terrace which was great. Spotlessly clean and beds were very comfy, had a great sleep. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, thought the guitar player was a nice touch. Pool area was clean and plenty of sunbeds. Surrounding area was quiet at night so no problems with noise. It's a 5 minute cab or 15 minute walk into Benidorm Just a 2 minute walk down to the beach too. Great weekend break and would definitely stay here again.
This hotel is great. It's very clean, rooms are spacious and the staff are friendly and hardworking. I'm so glad we went half board as the food was amazing. The pool area is gorgeous with a heated salt pool shaded by unusual fig trees. On the edge of old town and five minutes walk to the beach. I'd recommend it and would come back without hesitation.
An excellent hotel : we could tell from the moment we arrived that it was the best choice😍!! We had a wonderful stay at the Mercure Hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean, comfortable, and well soundproofed, and we loved having a private terrace overlooking the pool. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, perfect for unwinding. We would definitely come back!
