Hotel Ilunion San Mamés

We’ve stayed here before and once again had a fantastic experience. At the reception we were warmly and professionally welcomed by Juan – truly a star! The rooms were clean, as was the rest of the hotel. Breakfast was also well taken care of. Overall, an excellent stay!

Everything is perfect, from reception staff to hotel room. But there is one big point that needs improvement: the cleanliness of plates, glasses etc. at the buffet!!! Really wasn't nice to see leftovers on clean plates, liptstick and orange juice stains on glasses. Also, no fresh croissant or other sweets - all they had was defrosted donuts and muffins.
