As a first-time solo traveler, my overall experience was fabulous. The location, facilities, and staff were fantastic, and I really enjoyed my stay. That said, there were a couple of things that could be improved, especially with the balcony. My room (407) had a divider separating it from the next room, but because of the shower window placement, it was easy for the neighbouring balcony to see the top half of my body while I was showering. While the window is a great feature, a simple blind would add some much-needed privacy. Also, since the balconies were quite close together and secluded, when my neighbour’s smoked, it made it hard for me to sit outside and enjoy the fresh air. A better setup or designated non-smoking room areas could make a big difference. Lastly, the extra railings on top of the balcony wall blocked my sea view when I was seated. Since I booked a deluxe room specifically for the view, a different railing design that doesn’t get in the way of the view would be a great improvement. Despite these small issues, the overall facilities, staff and location made my overall stay very enjoyable. I had a fantastic stay and truly appreciated the wonderful hospitality!

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The breakfast was lovely, the pool area and pool bar service was great. All staff fantastic. We stayed in suite 705 and the only negative about our trip was the noise from being near the elevator. It disrupted our sleep a lot. I would stay here again if I could guarantee I wouldn't be near the elevator. Likely to be an issue in most of the '05' rooms.

The rooms are comfortable, though cleanliness could be improved. On the plus side, towels are changed daily. The area feels safe, and the location is excellent—just a short walk from Portal Nous beach and the marina, where you'll find plenty of great restaurants. Breakfast is of a 3-star hotel, with limited options, so keep expectations modest. Staff is very kind though
