Aparthotel ILUNION Sancti Petri

Just returned from 9 days here and couldn’t recommend it enough. We were given a bigger room upon arrival which looked like it had just been redone, very comfortable. What really makes the place is the staff, particularly in the restaurant, they were so friendly and attentive, my son couldn’t wait to go to meals to get his lolly pop after! We were also kindly gifted cava for our 8th anniversary which was a lovely surprise. We wouldn’t hesitate to return, thanks for a beautiful stay!

We visited Hotel Ilunion Tartessus Sancti Petri with our family once again and confirmed that it is truly one of the Best hotels in Sancti Petri 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I want to highlight not only the comfortable rooms that can easily accommodate a large family, the perfect location, and the wonderful atmosphere, but also the amazing level of service – truly above and beyond 💪🏻 Our story is a perfect example: upon check-in, there was an issue with the payment. When I paid for our stay, the terminal – without my confirmation – charged my card in US dollars instead of euros. This created an overpayment of about €60, so I requested a refund. As a result, we were temporarily left without access to our funds, and the hotel also had not yet received payment. For many, this could have been a big problem and ruined the trip. But the hotel staff showed maximum attention, patience, and care – they immediately worked to resolve the issue, processed the refund, kept in touch, and in the end even covered the difference out of their own pocket, although they had no formal obligation to do so. Such an attitude towards guests is very rare. We felt truly valued, and what could have been a stressful situation turned into an example of what real hospitality means. Even though this is officially a 4-star hotel, I am convinced that the service they provide is on the level of a 5-star property ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A huge thank you to the entire Ilunion Hotel Tartessus Sancti Petri team for your professionalism, kindness, and humanity. This is already our third time staying here – and we will keep coming back, because here they know how to create not just a vacation, but warm memories.

The cleanliness at the hotel isn’t up to scratch, the kitchen and crockery were dirty, and we had to wash everything before using it. Same with the rest of the facilities. Loads of noisy maintenance in the mornings – stuff that should’ve been done earlier – yet things still weren’t properly cleaned. The front desk staff weren’t exactly friendly. My son wanted to book surf lessons and, even though he speaks Spanish and asked several times, they wouldn’t even rent him a bodyboard. The low point was the restaurant, really poor food, though luckily there are plenty of good spots to eat nearby, if you're by car. Worst of all, we booked months in advance and paid far more than we would’ve by going straight to the hotel the day we arrive to Sancti Petri. It’s not our first time, this used to be our favourite place in the area because of the beach nearby, but sadly we’ll now have to look elsewhere.
