Difficult lane to access, many security cameras. 3 Rooms, two of them spacious, the other somewhat smaller. Large bathroom and outdoor toilet must be accessed from the patio. Great pool. We had to scratch the refrigerator since it was not cooling, we informed the owner. Too many rules like you have to sweep when you leave the house...

Our experience in this house has been mixed, with positive aspects but also serious problems that should be known, especially considering that the rental price is on the high side compared to other available options. • Poor kitchen gas installation: The stove is in poor condition, giving the impression of a gas leak. For safety reasons, we had to keep the butane cylinder closed when not in use. • Poor maintenance of the installation: • Walls in poor condition. Broken or nonexistent mosquito nets: Several are in poor condition, and two windows have none, making it difficult to keep insects out. • Ant infestation: Despite careful cleaning, the presence of ants has been excessive. • Poorly equipped house: There is no dishwasher, not even basic items such as an oil can or salt shaker. • Sofas in poor condition: They are worn and uncomfortable. • Water problems: The pressure is low, and sometimes there is no hot water. Sometimes, even the toilet doesn't fill. The second bathroom is located outside the house, accessible from the garden. • Inconvenient location: The only way out on foot is via a busy road with no sidewalk. The beaches are more than a 30-minute walk away, and the nearest supermarket is more than a 10-minute drive away. Good: • The house was clean upon our arrival. • The pool was well maintained. • The garden area and porch were very pleasant. - The owner was very friendly. Conclusion: Despite spending a few pleasant days in the area, our experience at the house did not meet our expectations, especially due to maintenance issues.
