Lovely relaxed place to stay and very laid back atmosphere. No hassle at all and very nice accommodation with everything you need for a base including filter coffee machine,kettle,microwave,toaster,hob, fridge and hair dryer in the bathroom with a great shower. The gardens are kept lovely with a heated pool hidden underneath the building almost cave like feel. Hammocks dotted about the grounds aswell. Our balcony overlooked a big palm tree that was trimmed whilst on our stay and I would love to know how they did it as we were out for the day and returned to see it had had a good trim. Just down the hill there is a Dialprix supermarket that is very well stocked and the village of San Miguel has some very reasonable places to eat and drink. We very much enjoyed our stay as we like it quiet and laid back and that is exactly what we got. Thank you for a great stop and very trustworthy owners.

The apartment is located in a quiet area 20min drive to Los Cristianos. There are approximately 16 apartments, all with sea view over the garden. There is no reception, so expect to find your key in an envelope by the door on your arrival day. It was easy to be in contact with the owner Beatriz via phone (I.e. WhatsApp), you will find her number in the welcome folder in the apartment. The apartments are nicely decorated with typical style, yet confort could benefit from improvement (two single beds which kept coming apart, basic kitchen utensils, uncomfortable sofa, old and small bathroom towels). No cleaning or change of sheets/towels was provided for a long stay (you can pay 5€ for sheets, 5€ for towels and 10€ for cleaning). If you are a light sleeper I recommend asking for an upstairs apartment as you can hear the neighbouring apartments. The pool in March was too cold to use, maybe it would be worth increasing the temperature further, as it is an indoor pool. Pool towels were mentioned but they were not available in the pool area. If you do not have a car, it is still possible to get to Los Cristianos by bus in 1h (Google maps shows the route pretty accurately). Overall we enjoyed our stay, but there are still some areas that could be easily improved on such as providing a large double sheet for the beds to prevent them from drifting apart, upgrading the bathroom towels, increasing the pool temperature and providing pool towels.
