Fantastic house used to be an agricultural work house back in s.XVIII Very well decorated keeping the oldish and country side look. Sauna and spa available for passengers
We loved it! They were so kind and the rooms were excellent 😊
One of the worst experiences I've had in a long time. The truth is that I was charmed by the photos of the pool and the garden. And in fact, it's the only element that saves this accommodation. So I'll start at the beginning: I've read all the reviews and I have to say that the "guided tour" by the owners was reduced to a quick 10 minutes (the owner had the bad luck that we came in during his lunch hour and he quickly dismissed us by doing the visit with another couple). The explanation is mainly based on giving you a tour of the common areas that you can and cannot do... We continue and he accompanies us to our room. We stayed in the "Castillo" room. When we entered, the smell of bleach repelled you... There are products to clean the rooms that don't smell of bleach. There was no toilet paper in one of the toilets, one of the large towels had holes and most of them were very worn; we found the large bed poorly made and the decorative pillows on the bed hidden in the closet (by the way, the pillowcase was too small for the size of the pillows); the space was dusty in several places; the TV downstairs didn't work because the connection didn't reach; the water in the shower comes out with little pressure and you have to wait a long time. We had high hopes for the buffet breakfast. We had read in some reviews that it was super good. We thought that if we had paid 400 euros for two nights (2 adults and a teenager), it would be worth it... Well, it was a complete disgrace... To start with, the famous Pilar who appears in some of the reviews and makes homemade torrijas was nowhere to be found. We found two girls who were poorly trained to work in front of the public, with little desire to provide service with their faces and eyes. One of the waitresses was wearing flip-flops from being at home and was dragging her feet as if she was very tired. Also, you had to go into the kitchen to be served. Not a good day, not one that you would like for breakfast, coffee? Toast? The free buffet is a shame. Juices (pure chemistry) of very poor quality in glass bottles of tomato sauce. 4 small croissants in a bag that you can find at Mercadona, a processed sponge cake that they put out every day because no one eats it. We are in an area of good cheeses and cold cuts... They could put out a cheese with a face and eyes... The two girls they have hired also clean the rooms, you don't see the owners very often... In short, a complete scam. Two Valencians who have invested in a business that they don't know how to manage. I feel totally scammed. I don't recommend it.
