Do not use their web booking system which is bugged. It will tell you it has cancelled a reservation but it would not in reality (not sending a cancellation email). They will charge you for the no-show without verifying, for the full duration of the booking. Not nice and comprehensive people. Not willing to support changing a reservation by telephone. NO good service !

I spent a few days in Ferrole in this particular hotel. Rooms spacious and clean. The hotel staff was very helpful and polite, and there was no problem with communicating in English. Breakfast was very poor and the selection of dishes was poor, which is the first minus. Unfortunately, the bitterness was overcome by the fact that only for these few days of our stay. One day I could take a hot shower, the rest of the days the water pressure and temperature were very low, so I had to bathe in barely warm water, which in my opinion is a very big inconvenience. It's January, so the outside temperatures are quite low, and therefore the room is quite cold. An attempt to heat the room ended in failure because the air conditioning did not work. The same applies to a refrigerator that is not working properly. It was a better idea to leave the drinks on the table because it was warmer in the fridge than in the room.The street noise was also very irritating, but there is no solution for this as the hotel is located on a quite busy street. I probably won't choose this hotel again.
