Complejo BLUESEA Puerto Resort compuesto por Hotel Canarife y Bonanza Palace

The rooms are a bit dated, especially in the Bonanza building. The breakfast is pretty basic, nothing special to write home about. It’s like a typical all-inclusive budget resort, you know? I didn’t get to try the lunch or dinner since we didn’t book them. On the bright side, the cleaning ladies were absolutely lovely! Candelaria in particular was super helpful and made sure we had clean towels and an extra trash bag for our baby’s diapers. We did manage to use the pool a few times, but we spent most of our days exploring the island. Overall, it was a decent stay, but it’s not exactly a luxury resort. If you’re looking for something budget-friendly and comfortable, this might be a good option for you. Just keep in mind that it’s not going to be a fancy place.

Stayed at this hotel with my mum, we first stayed in the room that had yellow bedding in the pictures above, and it was AWFUL! Stained carpets felt like a prison, we asked to move the next day which they very kindly did, but if this wasn’t the case this review would of been a 2 star, entertainment every night food was good, my mum had a allergy to eggs which at first the staff wasn’t very helpful with they just kept saying the don’t speak English, didn’t want to help when I tried Google translate either, but when we finally got to talk to the manager he sorted us out. There was only 1 occasion we didn’t get a sunbed due to reserving with towels. If you stay on the bottom floor it can be loud all night. You also have access to the 2 other sister hotels. other then that it was overall a really good hotel and if your looking for a cheap get away, definitely recommend

If you choose this hotel, then give up this idea. This is horror! This hotel ruined our vacation. The whole hotel is covered in bugs - there are bed bugs in the beds, there are huge cockroaches and sewer flies in the toilets. The whole family was bitten. I informed the reception, they moved me 4!!! times. And I found bugs in all the rooms. I was already hysterical. One day I was left without a room at all, because they didn’t know where to move me. My things were just at the reception, and I only used public places. As “help” they only paid me to wash my clothes. To be honest, I could do laundry at home if it weren’t for the bugs. I was moved to a superior room in another building, but there were cockroaches and sewer flies. I barely slept in my vacation. To top it all off, the entire family took turns suffering from food poisoning. Complete unsanitary conditions in the hotel. About everything else - the food is monotonous and not very tasty, the animation is terrible, it’s simply not there for children. One day they offered archery. My daughter, who is 10 years old, knows how to do this and loves it very much. I asked if she can do archery and was told it was for adults only. But most adults can entertain themselves, and children need entertainment. In general, don’t spoil your holiday, I’m sure there are much better hotels in Tenerife.
