Las Vegas

I stayed in this hotel from April 28th until May 3rd and I had such a wonderful time. The hotel is spotless the staff are super friendly and the location is great. The beach is only a few minutes walk and you are near all the restaurants,bars and shops. The hotel is situated on a slight hill but for anyone with mobility issues there is access to a lift at the end using your key card. There is a rooftop pool with a stunning view of the beach. The bar up here has some cocktails options but not many. It wasn't a problem for me as downstairs at the other pool there is also another bar that has loads of options. We had breakfast and dinner included which we swapped for lunch one of the days you just need to give reception 24hours notice. The food is a buffet style with so many options for everyone I was pleasantly surprised as I'm a super fussy eater but we had breakfast every morning and only ate out for dinner once for our whole stay. The beds in the rooms aren't very comfortable but they never really are on holidays. I found the room quite warm even with the air con and the walls are paper thin so it can be quite loud at times like children shouting, people coming home at night etc but that wouldn't bother me much as you are on holidays and don't need to be stressing about this. I would 100% come back here again we all absolutely loved it and it was great value for money.

We’ve been coming to Salou for years but have always stayed elsewhere. We decided to give this hotel a try after seeing how close it is to where we would like to be. It always looked lovely from the outside. The hotel really is beautiful. The main pool area split over levels with beautiful flowers and a pool bar. The reception area with vast amount of comfortable seating with a great bar area with a big selection of drinks. Our room was on the first floor. We were over looking another hotels wall and part of their pool. Honestly, this didn’t bother us. The hotel is in a built up area so it is to be expected. We only used the balcony to hang wet swim wear and smoke. We had a nice big fridge which we could store water and iced coffees from across the road in the shop which was good value for money. Using the back gate for entry and exit (which was situated on -2 near the kids play park was a game changer! Cut off the big chunk of the up hill! So really glad we found this on the first day. We had half board but only used breakfast which was nice with lots of choice. The staff were absolutely incredible, so attentive and kind! They couldn’t do enough for you, and they are a massive credit to this wonderful hotel. I believe the hotel to be very accessible. Lifts and ramps throughout the hotel. There is a briefly roof top pool with loungers and a bar. We didnt use this as there were not umbrellas. We will definitely return to this lovely hotel next year. And thank you to the staff for making it wonderful

Hotel very clean and the views were great. We got the upgraded suite so we had the top floor balcony (worth the additional cost). Only complaint about the room is the AC doesn't get cold enough so the room does still be stuffy at night. Hotel is literally a 2 minute walk to the beach and the main strip. Definitely recommend
