PortAventura Hotel Caribe Includes unlimited access to PortAventura Park & 1 access to Ferrari Land

My stay here was more than great if I could, I’d give it a 10 out of 10. Beautiful green areas and a spacious room. The food was always delicious, with an amazing variety for all tastes. The pool and shared spaces were always clean. And the entire staff was incredibly kind and attentive.

We had several issues with our room We were put in the 3rd floor without an elevator with a baby and a small child. After we asked we were changed to the bottom floor which was great, but there was no drain stopper to fill up the bathtub and bathe the baby, we asked and they couldn’t fix it because they were out of stoppers, they keep a box of them in the reception, which we found very strange, eventually they got us one but we had to return it. Again, very strange. The room wasn’t very clean, there was an ant nest in the bathroom that kept filling it up with dirt Besides that the staff was very helpful and always ready to help, we were able to get a soup without salt for the baby for every night (we stayed for a full week) The pools are amazing our oldest had the time of her life. And park feels like a good perk instead of the main attraction because the hotel is so good (specially traveling with young children) nevertheless me and my husband love the park and think it’s the best in Europe We’ve stayed here before and will definitely stay here again

Service has been fantastic. Rooms cleaned daily, new sheets, towels and grounds are immaculate. Rooms are slightly dated, no kettle but comfortable and cool. Location is far enough from Salou that nightlife isn't an issue and theme park is on your doorstep.
