Overall, an amazing hotel, rooms are nice and clean and roomy. The pool is gorgeous! Always somewhere open for food and drinks. Perfect location to walk to the theme parks and water park. Not too far from the beach but I’d advise getting a taxi, should cost around €10. We will definitely be coming back to this hotel.
Perfect location for theme park Ferrari and water park. AC doesn't work in rooms, but we keep our windows open to keep cool and curtains shut to block out sun only slept km room dk not bothered. Towels changed daily friendly staff room cleaned daily. All inclusive is everything when you have children. The booking service for breakfast and lunch is simple eating out j. Theme park was easy. Just use QR codes given by the hotel. never had any issues. We will be back next year, so much funding took 2 boys aged 11 and 9. Both absolutely loved it. Was jn hotel pool until closing every night.
We had a fun stay at Hotel El Paso PortAventura. The hotel has a great Mexican theme that gives it a lively and festive atmosphere. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is excellent for visiting PortAventura Park, and the pool area was perfect for relaxing after a long day. That said, there were a few things that could really be improved. Drinking water wasn’t easy to find, and when we did, it was actually more expensive than sodas, which didn’t make sense given the heat. There was no fridge in the room, so we couldn’t keep water or snacks cool. The elevator was also very slow and sometimes didn’t work at all, which was frustrating when we had luggage or were tired from the park. Overall, we enjoyed our visit but recommend bringing your own water and being prepared for these small inconveniences.
