Hotel Rural San Miguel Only Adults

Really cute hotel in San Miguel. The property is historic and decorated nicely to fit the history. The breakfast is simple but plentiful. All the staff very very kind. One day we were not provided with towels and by the time we returned for the day it was late, and all staff was gone. So that meant no showers for us. Would have been nice to have more towels and soaps in the bathroom. I’m sure if requested, the staff would have provided but we were always on the go so asking for things was always difficult. There are no wine glasses or bottle openers in the room, but they have a bar area and Nancy or other staff members can get them for you. There is a really pretty viewpoint on the roof that has a sauna (not hot tub). There is a warmer pool below the property. But still doesn’t reach hot tub heat. It is a cooler time of year and still found it a little chilly to swim. Parking is available on the street out front. Late at night that parking becomes full and you can park just up the street on the main road in town without difficulty. The heat and aircon in the room worked well!

This hotel is amazing!!! Very beautiful, much different than others in neighborhood, 300 old, with nice garden, tarace, sauna, jacuzzi. The breakfasts was really tasty and people were so kind. If you need a quite place with special atmosphere this is for you.

Excellent rooms, and comfy huge beds. We had downstairs rooms with my in laws as easy access was required. Breakfast was bountiful, and either inside or out. It was January so a bit nippy at 9am, but it must be gorgeous to sit out in the garden. in the spring and summer. I enjoyed the wellness pool a few times, but there was not anyone to turn he sauna on so we only managed to use it once. Also the hot tub was not functioning. Otherwise this would be a five star review. Would certainly return. Easy on street parking. Many places to eat nearby.
