We had a truly enjoyable stay. The service was excellent from start to finish – from the airport transfer and check-in, to the restaurant, bar, every staff we met in the hotel and check-out. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and I was pleasantly surprised that the mattress and pillows suited me perfectly. I slept well every night, which is rare for me when staying in hotels. The poolside bar offers panoramic sea views that instantly put me in full holiday mode. We’re very happy we chose this hotel. Overall, a fantastic experience and I would happily return.
Highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a luxury, relaxing holiday. The rooms are excellent and very comfortable. The staff are extremely friendly and attentive. The pool, although not very deep, it is heated to a comfortable temperature and is nice to dip into to cool off. A very clean complex. The location is OK, but if you like to eat out its a bit of an uphill walk back to the hotel after you've eaten. I'd say worth it though and we will visit again.
It was a very speechless experience. After checking out, I found that I was bitten by bed bugs! First, on the first day of our stay, the hotel air conditioning was broken and it was very hot. On the second day, we coordinated the room. That night, due to the strong wind, the facade of the building outside was damaged, and there was noise for 3 hours. The hot water for showering was also always low temperature. These are already very incomprehensible to the so-called five-star hotel. The worst thing is that before checking out, the whole hotel had a power outage, which made my phone unable to charge. I called the front desk to negotiate whether I could charge it half an hour after the call and then check out. The front desk agreed, and the power was not turned on until 12.10. At 12.30, they came to knock on the door to drive us away, saying that we were out of time and had to leave immediately. Very bad
