Lovely hotel that used to be a convent. Clean and spacious rooms. Has an indoor patio and outdoor pool. Our room was tucked in a corner of the building so it was very quiet. No street noise and no noise from other guests. Beds were so hard and uncomfortable I didn't sleep well but if a firm mattress is your cup of tea then you won't have a problem.
The hotel in itself is in a nice setting (old palace). However the rooms were extremely out of style with decorations and amenities at least 50 years old. Further the hotel has by far the worst breakfast I have ever eaten in my life. Eggs looked rotten, bacon was only fat and even the bread felt worst than what you can find in the cheapest supermarket. All my colleagues who stayed in other hotels and a more pleasant stay than the one I had here. Would not recommend.
I booked a night at the hotel knowing that the room was booked with flexible dates if plans change. When I tried to change the dates - the hotel did not allow me to change. The staff were dismissive and at times unresponsive to communication.
