My husband and I were not guests but visited the roof top pool for the day. The staff, particularly Fernando I think his name was on reception who facilitated our visit. Great experience
Very centrally located with wonderful restaurants nearby! Walkable with a very nice park right outside ! Very warm, friendly and attentive staff! Nice spa too! Would definitely stay here again !
False advertising on the website. Multiple photographs of a swimming pool including advertising children’s swimming hours which is the main reason I chose the hotel. On check in, no mention of any pool restrictions, only an offer to book a spa service which I already had. Went to use the pool and told it is €25 per hour per person charge despite being guests at the hotel all week. Front desk were not helpful and said I had booked a ‘room only rate’. Usually this means that breakfast is not included - not that you cannot use the hotels amenities. Never have I stayed in a hotel advertising a pool in multiple photographs that does not include access to it. Nowhere on the website is this clearly stated except on check out where there is an option to choose a package included 1 hour of spa access per adult. Spa is not the same as pool. Additionally, on checking in for our treatment (booked for 5 treatments total) was told that the spa is not included in the treatment and we can’t even sit by the pool and have a coffee before. Eventually after asking to speak to the manager a couple of times, the manager came. She was not friendly and kept arguing/interrupting rather than listening to what I was saying. Eventually said we could use for 30 minutes before our treatment but continued to keep talking after about it how it wasn’t included when she could have politely offered it and left us happy guests rather than leaving feel frustrated and stressed. For a ‘5 star’ hotel the service is poor, the staff unhelpful and you can’t turn off the lights in the bedroom without calling down to reception and getting them to turn them off for you.
