If any tourist wants to experience pure Ayurveda wellness this place is for you. All treatments are done with a consultation of a doctor. In the initial consultation doctor does a full assessment of your health including current illnesses, previous illness, allergies, etc. There are multiple therapies available at Ayurveda center and they are recommended by doctors according to the health condition of the client. There's a Ayurveda Pharmacy and two qualified pharmacists in the resort. So that all medicines recommended by doctors are prepared by them and given to clients to support their wellness and also to cure their illness In conclusion, it is one of the best place for those who are seeking a pure Ayurveda wellness
I recently returned from a two-week stay at Siddhalepa Resort, and it was an extraordinary experience that exceeded my expectations. This Ayurveda hotel is truly dedicated to promoting holistic wellness and rejuvenation. The team of competent doctors and therapists was remarkable, providing personalized consultations and treatments tailored to my specific health needs. I enjoyed 2.5 hours of Ayurveda treatments each day, which were both relaxing and incredibly beneficial. Their expertise helped me feel rejuvenated and revitalized throughout my stay. The Ayurveda kitchen at Siddhalepa Resort deserves special recognition. Every meal was not only delicious but also thoughtfully prepared to align with Ayurvedic principles, making dining a delightful experience. I loved how they combined health and flavor seamlessly in each dish. The staff was exceptionally kind and always willing to assist. Their warm hospitality and attentiveness made me feel right at home and added to the overall positive experience. The resort itself was well-maintained, with clean and comfortable rooms that provided a peaceful retreat. I particularly enjoyed the pool area, which offered a great spot to relax and unwind after the day's treatments. Overall, my two-week stay at Siddhalepa Resort was transformative. I highly recommend this Ayurveda retreat for anyone looking to enhance their well-being in a serene and supportive environment. I left feeling revitalized and deeply appreciative of the care and attention I received during my time there!
The service (especially at the kitchen and the practictioners who delivered spa service) was wonderful so my main issues were geared towards management. The majority of the people who were at the resort were older and had weight that they wanted to use. I just turned 40 but I also wanted to spend 10 days focusing on my health. I was really disappointed in the quality of the food. There was very little variation with the same dishes being offered for breakfast, lunch and dinner with a few swaps (an omlette station in the morning and a fish or chicken dish at night). A lot of the food was cheap and really unhealthy. There were probably 4 types of rice and then more types of noodles and bread but very little variety of green vegetables. And then when you are going through some of the treatments, they tell you not to eat animal products, cucumbers and watermelon. There are very limited choices if you are trying to follow the suggestions they give you and also limit carbs. The facilities where you receive spa treatments are very outdated and could use a refresh. The beach is wonderful but be careful of being harassed by beach boys who are very aggressive in trying to recruit you to take tours with them.
