This was recommended to us by the Swedish 🇸🇪 Milatry and was my first time at a Ski ⛷️ resort. The whole place looks a setting from a 70s Bond film and on Booking.com the rooms were only £60 a night. Great drinks and food and everything is so reasonably priced. I would recommend going in January or February to enjoy what a Swedish 🇸🇪 winter has to offer.
Amazing place, food and spa. I recommend
It is not the first time we stay at this hotel, but this time was definitely the last time. We gave it another chance but the staff were not very friendly at all especially the hovmästare / head waitress! It's the 2nd time we've encountered her and her sheer rudeness and lack of customer service is really disappointing. In addition, the food quality is quite mediocre and the value for the money really is not there. The beds were quite comfortable, however for 200€ a night, the room was really small and there was no airflow - it was extremely hot and we could not sleep even with the window open. The spa is nice but it is not very sanitary, some areas were really slippery because of the grime and slime and in some areas where the drains are, there was a bad smell and left over waste such as snus and trash.
