Centara Watergate Pavilion Hotel Bangkok

Third time staying here! Highlight was the excellent service from all the staff at L1 concierge and L9 reception & cafe. Friendly, helpful and full of energy. Location is great but slight “complain” we had was the overhead bridge and walking one round when going to Pratunam area - would be nice if there were traffic lights to access the area directly and safely. Room is pretty decent though the hairdryer didn’t work that well. Overall great value and would stay again!

This was my first time staying at this hotel, and it was a truly fantastic experience! The room was clean and comfortable, and every staff member—from the entrance and concierge to the front desk, restaurant, bar, and housekeeping—was exceptionally friendly and attentive. I was especially touched by the warm birthday greeting and the thoughtful card signed by the team members—it really made my day. Although it’s slightly farther from Platinum Mall and Central World compared to where I usually stay, it was still very convenient. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return!

The hotel is in a very strategic location—just a 7-minute walk to Platinum Mall—with easy access to nearby attractions. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, making for a pleasant stay. Breakfast options were quite varied and overall satisfying; the Thai beef soup, in particular, was excellent. A thoughtful touch in the restaurant is the clear signage indicating which dishes contain pork and which do not—very considerate for guests with dietary restrictions. They also provide a baggage scale in the lobby, which is really convenient for checking if your luggage is overweight before heading to the airport. The view from the room was also a nice bonus.
